Online coaching delivers the same structured approach to training and nutrition, managed remotely through a dedicated app. Programmes are personalised around your goals, lifestyle, and experience, with weekly check-ins, habit tracking, and ongoing support to keep progress consistent.

Member Access Sessions allow you to train independently in the gym during off-peak hours in a private, controlled environment. Once you have an active membership, you can purchase session credits to book onto 2-hour training slots, with a maximum of 5 people per session.

Meet The Founder
I opened SDJS Fit Group to create a training environment built around results, accountability, and community.
My journey in health and fitness began over 8 years ago, gaining experience working with a wide range of clients and learning from high-level coaches and athletes. I’ve had the opportunity to work in places including New Zealand, Manchester, and back home on the south coast.
Every program is built around clear phases, consistent progression, and accountability. This helps clients lose fat, build muscle, and build confidence through sustainable change.
This studio exists to provide a professional space where people can commit to becoming their best version.
